All items are made from quality food grade stainless steel and or carbon steel and are made to last. If you have a large processing party be sure to add some additional sets of knives (separate listing) to this kit so everyone in your party has a set of knives, the other tools just one is typically needed per party. Unless you have a big party and are processing over 100 birds at a time.
