Amanda Spicer

Co-Founder, Your Eco

Amanda Spicer is a serial entrepreneur with a Fortune 500 background spanning medical and clean tech. Amanda cut her teeth at giants such as GlaxoSmithKline plc as well as Swiss based biotech companies until she turned her focus onto climate change. Amanda now oversees a multimillion-pound startup scaling for growth at award winning B Corp, Your Eco, and has a current portfolio covering renewable energy installation, consultancy and charity carbon offset hovering near the 30 MW mark of project development.

Ian Lloyd

Partner, Milsted Langdon

Ian Lloyd is a Partner at Milsted Langdon, one of the South West’s leading independent accountancy, tax and business advisory firms. Ian leads the firm’s Bath office, based in Queen Street, where he has grown the team of accountancy and tax specialists, advising a wide range of clients from owner-managed SMEs to larger groups of businesses with international interests, as well as high net worth individuals and their families.

Jo Lloyd

Property Associate, Rengen House

Having made Bath her home more than 17 years ago, Jo has worked in a number of food and drink marketing roles within businesses across the surrounding areas. Craving a change and a new challenge, two years ago, Jo moved in to a new role to launch and manage Rengen House, an independently owned co-working, meeting and event space, located in the heart of Bath. Hosting over 100 members from across a multitude of different industries and backgrounds, Rengen House is a true hub for the thriving Bath business community.

Kate Abbey

Founder and Co-Director, Bath Arts Collective

Kate Abbey is the founder and co-director at newly-formed Bath Arts Collective, a community interest company that is on a mission to develop and contribute to Bath’s vibrant arts and events scene, with a collaborative and inclusive approach designed to benefit creatives, venues, residents and visitors alike. Her previous role as head of programming and creative content at Bath Festivals saw her conceive and deliver award-winning programmes that focused on highlighting a diverse range of local, national and international talent.

Kogie Naidoo

Executive Director, Circle Health Group

Kogie boasts 30 years of healthcare experience across South Africa and England, and trained as a Physiotherapist due to her passion for empowering people to be the best version of themselves. Kogie has been the executive director for Bath Clinic for two years now and in 2023 was voted as one of Bath and Somerset’s most inspirational women by The Business Exchange.

Matthew Drew

Managing Partner, Goughs Solicitors

Matthew graduated with a Law and Business Studies degree before working in London for the Crown Prosecution Service. He joined Goughs as a trainee in 1991 and became a Partner in 1999. As a member of the Family Department, Matthew specialises in complex, high-value financial cases following on from divorce, and took over as Managing Partner in 2021 to lead the firm’s strategic development.

Pippa Russell

Founder, Russell Communications

Pippa has more than 20 years’ experience in financial services PR, reputation management and marketing communications. She began her career as a financial adviser before moving into PR, and eventually setting up her own firm, Russell Communications, in 2021. Her expertise covers agency and in-house roles, incorporating internal and external communications. Pippa’s professional experience includes working for London PR firm Lansons, and she also has international experience gained with a PR and communications agency on Wall Street, New York City.

Simon Rollings

CEO and Founder, Canned Wine Co.

Simon Rollings is the CEO and Co-Founder of Bath based wine brand Canned Wine Co. and The Copper Crew. Founded in 2019, Canned Wine Co. creates fine wines in sustainable future formats with distribution nationally and internationally. Simon has experience in supply chain management, operations, innovation and performance marketing. He counts businesses like Hello Fresh and Eat First among his portfolio, with a passion in earlier stage food start-ups. Prior to Canned Wine Co., he completed an MBA at the University of Bath and continues to support the University’s business school and the next generation of business owners.
